Depending on the scope of a project, LAN Services executes using an optimum combination of onsite and offshore development skills and resources. Thus, in general, we provide two models for implementing projects: Fixed cost model and Time and Material model as described below. In addition we work with clients on other models, which best suit their needs.

Fixed Cost Project Model

The Fixed Cost model works best in projects, which have a well-defined scope to begin with. Upon receiving the initial project request, we work along with our clients to identify the right technology and team members. We then utilize our project management tools to achieve goals set out for the project to the satisfaction of our clients.

Time and Material Project Model

The Time and Material model is suitable for projects that have very dynamic requirements and where a detailed system specification cannot be drawn prior to commencement of the project. LAN Services aggressive project management methodologies ensure that there are no cost or time overruns.
